Fans of "90 Day Fiance" know that Mohamed Jbali is still living in the United States even though Danielle wanted him to get deported. It never happened, though. Now Starcam is sharing that he is in trouble with immigration over some lost paperwork. So could this end up being enough to get him deported? Probably not, but everyone can hope that it works.

What is going on with Mohamed now?

Mohamed Jbali went to his Instagram page to share all of the details. He shared that he has been in the United States for three years now and that he has used the post office to mail something maybe 50 times.

He doesn't use insurance on his stuff and never has because he didn't feel the need. He did say that before when they told him they sent him his green card it was revealed that it was lost in the mail too.

Mohamed Jbali sent off paperwork for his green card. He is trying to get the ten-year green card so that he can stay in the United States. Since he got a divorce from Danielle and it wasn't an annulment there is no reason for him to get sent back. She was really hoping to get him deported and it doesn't seem like she is going to be able to pull it off. Danielle would be thrilled if this somehow messed up him staying here.

This time Mohamed actually used insurance and he even paid for overnight mail, but this was the time that his stuff got lost in the mail.

Now Mohamed is really worried since it was lost. He did open an investigation, so he will have to see what happens.

What does he have to do now?

Now, Mohamed has an investigation going and he just has to wait on that to finish. It seems like it just an investigation to try and find his paperwork though. Some people think that this might have been done on purpose and that he should get a lawyer.

It may end up coming to that if more of his mail is lost, but this one time could just be a mistake. The "90 Day Fiance" star is hoping he can get it all taken care of right away, though.

Mohamed recently shared that he is moving to Texas. He was hoping that he could get a fan or someone to help him get a truck because it was so expensive to rent one to move.

This is one way to get away from Danielle.
