The NBA drama seems to have subsided for the Minnesota Timberwolves, but it is picking up for the Golden State Warriors. A recent spat involving Draymond Green and Kevin Durant is among the major NBA stories, right now. Also, Jimmy Buckets is ready to get started in Philly, there may be good news for the Nets' Caris LeVert, and more.
Warriors suspend Draymond Green
In Monday night's loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, the big story was between two of the Warriors' stars. Kevin Durant was irked that Green kept the ball in the final seconds of regulation. It led to a blowup between the two on the sidelines and then back in the locker room. A day later, the Warriors decided to suspend Green for the game versus Atlanta, with no pay. Bobby Marks (@BobbyMarks42) mentioned on Twitter that the suspension will cost Green $120,480.

Net's Caris LeVert injury update
LeVert was emerging as a new star player for Brooklyn this season. Unfortunately, he suffered a bad fall and resulting injury in the team's game versus Minnesota. The good news is that it's a dislocated foot, so there is optimism that LeVert could recover on a quick timetable. Fans may even see LeVert return at some point later in the season, based on progress.
