Square Enix has recently dropped a weird bomb to the fans of “Final Fantasy XV,” which was a collaboration of an unlikely video game. A leak was also revealed recently related to the “Yakuza” franchise.

Assassins in the town of Lestallum

In a surprise announcement by the game company, they revealed that starting on Aug. 31 until next year players will be able to join in the Assassin’s Festival in the town of Lestallum. This will be a limited time event and it will include familiar elements found in stealth action video game series “Assassin’s Creed.” The Assassin’s Festival event can be downloaded for free from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store.

Players will be able to join some mini games available in Lestallum with the theme of the collaborated video game. They will win awesome prizes that are exclusive items like the Medjay Assassin’s Robes. These costumes can be worn by Noctis, Prompto, Ignis, and Gladiolus.

Exclusive Assassin’s robes for Noctis

There will be an exclusive Assassin’s robes for Noctis to wear, which are the Master Assassin’s Robes. They can get this costume through the Dream Egg item, which is a special item from the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. Players can still get this item right now because it is still going on and it will end by late September.

A trailer of the Assassin’s Festival can be viewed below. It showcases the different mechanics that players can do in the event.

It also reveals a certain enemy that they will be interacting throughout the festival.

New ‘Yakuza’ game coming soon?

In other news related to surprises, a leak was just revealed recently by a Taiwanese PlayStation Store. It revealed that “Yakuza Kiwami 2,” a sequel to the upcoming remake of the first game title of the popular series, will be launched soon.

The leak revealed that the supposed to be upcoming video game will be a remake of “Yakuza 2.” It will have more content compared to the original version. It will also have the latest Dragon Engine to hold up the whole video game for the PlayStation 4, which was also used in “Yakuza 6.”

The leaked information also revealed that the launch date will be on Dec.

7. With the power of the Dragon Engine, video game might have improved graphic display and animation, superb gameplay, surround sound, and it will be the best game for the big guys.

Yakuza 2” is be set on two main locations, which are Sotenbori and Shinseicho of the Osaka area. These two locations are actually based from the real locations of Shinsekai and Dotonbori.
