After almost 12 years of being in front of the camera, there are rumors Kourtney Kardashian may leave “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Scott Disick's former partner wants to have a more private life, away from the spotlight. However, the show’s creator and executive producer Ryan Seacrest seems to have no idea of her plans.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Seacrest was dumbfounded with the question about Kourtney’s possible departure from the long-running reality television series. As her exit is yet to be confirmed, the 44-year-old radio personality is also not sure of the answer.

Seacrest surprised by Kourtney’s plan to leave

"She would?" Seacrest said when he learned Kourtney revealed she would be happy to leave her family’s own Reality TV show, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians." However, the famed host added he would understand if the television personality decided to take a break.

Kourtney has been spending a lot of years being on television. But, Seacrest admitted he is still hoping she would return to do more seasons afterward.

"Well, if the cameras go away, as long as they can come back, Kourtney," he said. He is giving them the permission to be away, but they can go back to do a new season or two.

Seacrest seems surprised how the Kardashians managed to be in front of the camera.

They have lived for more than a decade with cameras rolling, following their every move. Personally, he says he can never do it, no matter how high the pay is.

So, he is giving them all the credits for staying on the show, allowing everyone to know everything about their family and enter their lives. He even says she loves Kourtney no matter what.

Kourtney wants a life without cameras

In an earlier interview with Paper, Kourtney admitted she had been craving to have a life away from the spotlight. "I always say I want to move away someday and just be away from it all,” she said. She wanted to sail away, where no one could ever see her again.

In fact, she also revealed she has been looking for a possible new home whenever they are traveling around the world.

She keeps on throwing up different places, but she has not found the country she can call her new home.

Kourtney recently went to Finland, but she found it only a great country to visit, and she would never move there. She also considered Norway and Switzerland, admitting she has a lot of ideas for new places to live.

Talking about having a more private life, she said she would be “very happy” to finally have it. She even reiterated the phrase, emphasizing her willingness to leave “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Currently, "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" season 16 is airing on E! and Kourtney is still in it. But if she ever decides to leave, fans will surely miss her funny antics.
