Fans of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” might recall that David Beador seemed none to pleased when his then-wife Shannon Beador experienced weight gain. He did not come off sounding very nice or accepting of the change – even after sharing three daughters with Shannon in the course of their 20-year marriage.

Shannon wears divorce well, moving ahead with her life

Shannon is now minus David and nearly all of the weight she gained while the two were married. She wears divorce well. She gained 40 pounds during her marriage, got divorced, and has lost 30 pounds, People reported on October 4.

She dropped the pounds as effects of exercise and through her diet.

She recently took a trip to New York with Scott Matteson for business. Oh, yeah, she also gained a nice-looking boyfriend since parting company with her ex. Shannon and Matteson took a photo together, which she captioned on Instagram, “Twinning in NYC.” How cute is that. That Brittany appears to be generous and forgiving when Jax stumbles may prove to be an huge asset in their relationship – which is very much unlike David Beador’s demeanor was toward Shannon.

Restaurant in star’s future

The reality star also dreams of opening a restaurant, Bravo reported. With the success of her food products paired with QVC, her idea is to “parlay the momentum” in moving her restaurant dream forward. She is hopeful that everything continues to progress with QVC.

She explained to Bravo that she has “the menu ready for Real for Real Kitchen.” She aims for a casual eating experience in a small setting that will also deliver “affordable, healthy food.” Shannon aspires to reach millennials since many enjoy foods that are delivered.

Her food products will also be good for order, delivery, and finding a temporary home in people’s freezers.

The mom of three has food labels reflecting the ingredients

Lobster cakes were “just” introduced within Shannon’s new Real for Real Cuisine product line, People noted. Each cake contains 140 calories compared to other lobster cakes with at least double the calories, the Bravo star stated, making sure that people also can look at the labels and know the exact ingredients.

Understanding the foods people “put into their bodies” is important to Shannon. As the mother of daughter Sophie, 15, and her twins, Adeline and Stella, who are 13, she was conscientious about the foods she prepared for her children whenever she cooked.

Though her schedule is more robust now than it was when her daughters were younger, she is still very much aware that her teens need to eat foods that are healthy.

Shannon feels “lucky” and is ever-mindful that “others have been through worse.” For that reason, she feels “inspired” by women who are “standing on their own,” People noted. Fans are pulling for Shannon. Her Instagram account reflects followers’ admiration for her tackling her weight gain successfully and for looking forward to an even brighter future.

Another Bravo network star who feels especially blessed is "Southern Charm's" Kathryn Dennis. Kathryn shared on social media that she believes God "blessed" her when she most needed, alluding to the arrest of her ex Thomas Ravenel on September 25. Kathryn has been totally focusing on her children. She shares a son, Saint, and a daughter, Kensie with him.
