Mario Singer is having trouble breaking up with his former mistress, Kasey Dexter. Following a report confirming Singer had filed documents he hoped would get Dexter out of his home in Florida, a new report claims Dexter hasn't been compliant with the former "Real Housewives of New York City" star's request.

On February 9, Radar Online shared details from court documents obtained from the county court in Palm Beach, Florida, which revealed the 64-year-old former husband of Ramona Singer had filed a motion for default on Wednesday, February 7, after Kasey Dexter “failed to serve or file any paper as required by law.” Over a week beforehand, Singer had slapped Dexter with an eviction notice that accused her of unlawfully living at his home without consent.

"As a result, the Plaintiff has been turned out of the property or deprived of possession of the property,” Mario Singer's eviction notice to 36-year-old Kasey Dexter read.

Police have been called three times

According to a source close to Kasey Dexter, who dated Mario Singer for about four years, she was able to enter his home earlier this week to get her belongings. However, due to her volatile relationship with Singer, she needed a police escort to do so. As Radar Online claimed, it was the third time the police were called in regard to the couple's troubled living situation. Dexter was given 30 minutes to remove her things and allegedly felt that she shouldn't enter the home alone. “She didn’t feel safe,” the insider explained.

Because Kasey Dexter was unable to retrieve all of her belongings this week, she is reportedly scheduled to return to the home they once shared in the coming days to get the rest. In the meantime, she is reportedly staying with the man she allegedly cheated on Mario Singer with. As some may have heard, the former couple came to blows on February 1 and police were called.

Then, just days later, police were called again after a second domestic disturbance took place between the two of them.

Mario Singer caught Kasey Dexter cheating with a hidden camera

During her interaction with police, Kasey Dexter reportedly told officers that her issues with Mario Singer began when she was confirmed to have been unfaithful.

According to Radar Online, Singer discovered his now-ex-girlfriend was having an affair while checking footage of a hidden camera he had installed at his Florida home. On the camera, Dexter was seen being intimate with another man.
