Spoiler alerts for "The Young and the Restless" indicate that Friday's episode will be a real cliffhanger, with both Phyllis and Devon receiving shocking news. Chelsea will feel backed into a corner and desperate not to lose Nick, so she will admit to his ex-wife that he is not Christian's biological father. Devon will get his hands on the flash drive where Juliet confesses that Cane was not guilty of sexual harassment. He will realize that Hilary has known the truth for months and chosen to keep silent. Chelsea and Hilary will soon have no choice but to answer for their deceptions and deal with the aftermath that will run rampant in Genoa City.
Devon will realize that Hilary has not really changed
Hilary has been going out of her way to convince everyone that she has turned over a new leaf for 2018. She has been especially supportive to Cane regarding baby Sam, and also recently defended Lily's choice to help raise the child to Jordan. She and Devon have formed a business partnership, and he is even trying to be supportive of her wanting a baby by in-vitro fertilization. Celeb Dirty Laundry, however, indicates that on Friday all of the above may quickly change.
On Friday, Devon will get his hands on the flash drive which proves that Juliet lied about Cane sexually harassing her. He will be troubled to know that his former spouse has been sitting on this fact for quite some time without letting anyone know the truth.
Mr. Hamilton will no doubt be livid that Hilary allowed Lily and Cane to believe a lie that tore their family apart and almost caused their marriage to end in divorce.
Phyllis is determined to prove Chelsea is a liar
Celeb Dirty Laundry indicate that things will heat up for Chelsea Friday as all of her lies begin to catch up with her.
She will stand up to Victor by telling him that he cannot keep her from marrying Nick, and attempt to convince Sharon that she truly is ready to take her wedding vows. Meanwhile, Phyllis is going to confront Ms. Lawson who will become so rattled that she admits that Adam is Christian's father.
Phyllis will be stunned and later tell all to Sharon, and spoilers indicate that the duo will set out to find a way to stop the madness and bring Chelsea down without devastating Nick in the process.
