This season on "90 Day Fiance" one of the women is Molly Hopkins and she has a fiance named Luis. It turns out that she has a bit of a Criminal History that the fans didn't know about it and now she is sharing the details. She has been arrested more than once.

What has Molly been arrested for?

In 2008, Molly Hopkins was charged with possession of marijuana. The thing is that is not her only arrest at all. In May of 2012, she was arrested for DUI, but there was more to it than just that little bit. There were also accusations of speeding and improperly changing lanes.

Then in June of 2016, she got in trouble for speeding. It seems like Molly just can't stay on the right side of the law. With getting pulled over for speeding, she ended up getting another DUI.

For that second DUI, she got "72 hours in jail, two years of probation, and 240 hours of community service." She seems to be getting herself in trouble all the time. Because of these two DUI's within five years, she had to give up her tags. She actually isn't allowed to have alcohol in her house at all and has to do random drug testing. She was able to get off her probation a bit early, though.

She isn't the first one on the show with a criminal history and she probably won't be the last one either. Danielle Mullins has been in trouble for fraud, but they still cast her on the show.

Her relationship didn't work either. Paul this season has been in some legal trouble as well and even had to admit it to his new girlfriend before he popped the question, but she was okay with what he had to say and they are still together on the show.

Molly and Luis relationship

Molly and Luis seem really in love, but she has to get her children okay with it all.

On the recent episode, fans got to see that Luis came to the United States to live with her and they are already engaged. They have plans to get married and are going through the K1-Visa process. There is no reason to think that this relationship won't work, but the fans are just going to have to wait and see. Molly seems head over heels in love, but this is her second reality show to do.

Hopefully, they are able to make their relationship work.

So do you think that TLC should have taken Molly Hopkins criminal history into account before putting her on the show? Do you think that her relationship will work? Sound off in the comments below, and don't miss new episodes of "90 Day Fiance" on TLC on Sundays. It is about time to see if Molly and Luis can make it work or not.
