bethenny frankel has been working hard to give back to people in need. She was personally devastated when she learned about the devastation that Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma caused. People were without their homes, and she decided to do something about it. Frankel decided to raise money to help people in need through her B Strong charity initiative and she has managed to raise over $300,000 with support from fans, viewers, and companies she works with. Despite Frankel working hard to help others, it sounds like people are trying to help themselves when they see an opportunity.

This week, the reality star revealed that someone may have been trying to use her thanks to her fame from "The Real Housewives of New York."

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel revealed that she had been at a conference where someone had taken a picture of her with a book. Apparently, a woman had approached her about supporting a book about schooling. The title had been inappropriate and Frankel had revealed that she wasn't interested. Apparently, she wanted a photo with Bethenny and Frankel freaked out about she didn't want to endorse the book. She reveals that she felt she was being used and that the woman was putting her in a bad situation because she wanted to create a "gotcha" moment.

Uncomfortable situation

Even though Bethenny Frankel had been helping people in need, it sounds like some people would still do whatever it takes to get a piece of the pie themselves. Bethenny knows she has tremendous value and can truly make a product a success. But this incident proved to be uncomfortable for her. She announced the experience on Twitter and fans were questioning why people would do this to her.

It sounds like Bethenny said yes to promote the product but then realized that it didn't work with her values.

When the woman didn't want to delete the picture, Frankel freaked out. Perhaps she felt she needed to say something on social media so she could nip it in the butt before the lady starts saying that Frankel stands behind the product.

Using her for 'RHONY' fame

It isn't surprising that people would use Bethenny Frankel for her "Real Housewives of New York" fame. While filming the show, Frankel has managed to make over $100 million as she sold her Skinnygirl company for that amount. This doesn't take into account the money she has received from filming the show. Plus, when Bethenny tweets something, thousands of people see it. Perhaps this woman had hoped to get some financial gain out of the picture.

What do you think of Bethenny Frankel's post about this lady, who didn't want to delete the photo off her phone?
