Instagram users were shocked when they saw nude pics of Justin Bieber on their Instagram newsfeed yesterday. What made it even more shocking was the fact that it was Selena Gomez' Instagram account that posted the said photos. Upon further scrutiny, the nude photos of Bieber were the same ones that were published without his consent in 2015. It was taken during his trip to Bora Bora with his then lady love, Jayde Pierce. Fortunately, the nude photos were taken down in just a matter of minutes and the "Bad Liar" singer's Instagram account returned to normal programming.

As of writing, reps for Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have yet to comment on the hacking issue.

However, ever since the hacking incident, fans were worried that it might cause a strain in Selena Gomez and The Weeknd's relationship. It was only a few weeks ago that news broke out that the "Purpose" singer reached out to his ex-girlfriend moments after he announced the cancellation of his tour. Though it remained unconfirmed, fans who were still hoping that Bieber and Gomez would get back together felt a little excitement and hope. However, it looks like The Weeknd is unfazed by all the Justin Bieber issues surfacing recently and went ahead to take his lady love out on a date.

Out and about in New York

According to Entertainment Tonight, Selena Gomez and The Weeknd were spotted out and about on New York just a few hours after the former's Instagram account was hacked. The couple enjoyed a cozy night out in Manhattan as they had dinner at a high-end Japanese restaurant - Zuma, known for its sushi and robata-grilled flare.

As expected, the couple decided to dine inside a private dining room, perhaps in an effort to enjoy their dinner without being gawked at by the fans. Ever since Gomez and The Weeknd made their relationship public, they weren't really shy to show some public display of affection.

Although they are both busy with their own musical careers, they never fail to clear their schedules to spend quality time with each other.

In fact, last week, they were spotted on a sweet Disney date with another unidentified couple.

The cause behind the hacking

As of writing, it's still unknown as to why Selena Gomez's Instagram was hacked. Additionally, it is still unclear as to who the hacker(s) wanted to target if it was Gomez or Bieber or both. However, fans are already at peace knowing that the unfortunate hacking incident didn't really affect the relationship of Selena Gomez and The Weeknd.
