“Shadowhunters” season 2 episode 18 trailer teases a more exciting plot. The hit series left off with shocking revelations and the upcoming episode will continue the intensity. Expect bigger troubles as well as a sweet reconciliation between Magnus and Alec.
Expect bigger troubles
Freeform has just dropped the latest trailer for the upcoming episode 18 of “Shadowhunters” season 2. The new episode is titled “Awake, Arise, Or Be Forever Fallen.” Based on the title, the storyline will most likely be about revenge and survival, which spells trouble.
As the shadowhunters continue to locate the missing Soul Sword, they will encounter more troubles. Along with this, they are also on high alert to take down Jonathan.
Clary gets fiercer
The preview also teases a fiercer Clary, saying she wants to kill the adversary with her bare hands. In addition, fans will also see her being held by the neck by Jonathan aka Sebastian. The clip did not unveil how the encounter will end up.
What will happen to Max and Jonathan?
The previous episode ended with Max discovering Jonathan’s scheme. The trailer begins with this last scene and continues with the little boy trying to fight back by throwing a knife.
The clip did not disclose what happens after Max threw the knife at Jonathan.
However, towards the end of the clip, one scene shows that Izzy will find the little boy bleeding and unconscious. Did Jonathan kill Max?
What will happen to Alec and Magnus?
The previous episode of “Shadowhunters” season 2 showed how Magnus was devastated after learning that Alec was not truthful to him. Alec never did tell Magnus that Clave never had the Soul Sword and that it was actually missing.
The loving relationship of the couple was jeopardized when Alec lied to Magnus, which also broke the heart of the Malec fans. Will the relationship come to an end?
However, the new trailer seems to erase the anxious speculation with a good news. In the clip, the couple can be seen together in bed.
The next scene also shows the two lock hands while lying beside each other, hinting that their relationship has become stronger than ever.
Prior to the Malec bed scene, the word 'Loyalty' was flashed. It seems that the couple will save their relationship as they will value this virtue.
