Kailyn Lowry doesn't think her former husband, Javi Marroquin, has gotten over their divorce. In a tweet to fans on March 2, the "Teen Mom 2" star, who is currently expecting her third child with her third baby daddy, claimed to have moved on from her marriage to Marroquin and suggested it was Marroquin who fans should be aiming their mean messages towards.
"I was divorced last year, I moved on. Stop tweeting me about it," Lowry wrote to her fans and followers, adding that Marroquin "clearly hasn't gotten over it." As "Teen Mom 2" viewers will recall, Lowry's divorce was finalized at the end of the year, around the time she conceived her third child.
Kailyn Lowry is facing intense online backlash
After seeing Lowry's tweet, fans immediately called her out for continuing to talk about Marroquin while claiming she's moved on. One woman even said it was laughable that Marroquin would ever want anything to do with Lowry. Another pointed out that she continues to talk about Marroquin on Twitter -- and in interviews.
Kailyn Lowry's divorce was confirmed while Javi Marroquin was deployed
When Marroquin left his home in Delaware early last year and headed to Qatar with the Air Force, he expected to return home months later to his wife, her son Isaac, 7, and their young son Lincoln, 3. However, in May 2016, Lowry confirmed that her marriage had come to an end after just three years.
Then, after returning home and getting his own place, Marroquin learned that his then-estranged wife had seemingly moved on with another man.
As fans saw during an earlier episode of the currently airing season, Marroquin showed up early to meet with Lowry and pick up some of his belongings and when he arrived, he noticed there was another car at the home.
Once he attempted to go inside, Lowry told him he was not allowed to come into their former marital home, where she was believed to be spending time with another man.
