From the day Donald Trump announced his campaign for president, he instantly made enemies with most of Hollywood. While celebrities often speak out against the president, no one is as critical of the new administration as George Takei.

Takei on Twitter

Donald Trump stood at a podium in Trump Tower in June 2015, and while making his candidacy for president offical, he labeled illegal immigrants from Mexico "rapists" and "murderers." Since then, backlash has occurred, with many stars in Hollywood using their popularity to voice their opposition to the former host of "The Apprentice." One of the most vocal opponents of Trump has been George Takei, especially when dealing with civil rights issues involving the LGBT community, refugees and immigrants, as well as African-Americans and other minorities.

As the pressure mounts on the administration over the scandal of Russian interference in the election, and the backlash to their health care and budget proposals, Takei decided to take to his Twitter account on March 21 to voice his opposition.

"If Trump colluded with Russia, then his election and each and every action and appointment he has made must be declared null and void," George Takei wrote on his Twitter account on Tuesday night. "If an Olympian is found to have cheated, the gold medal is stripped away and given to the next contender," Takei tweeted, in reference to Donald Trump being debunked after accusing Barack Obama of wiretapping his office during the election.

"If a thief is caught he must disgorge all his ill-gotten gains. He isn't allowed to keep the spoils," George Takei added in his third post on the matter. "The concerted actions of Russia, in collusion with Wikileaks and in all likelihood the Trump campaign, cost the Democrats bigly," he wrote in a follow-up message.

"Impeachment is an insufficient remedy because Pence and the GOP should not be permitted to gain office through anyone's treason," the former Star Trek star pointed out. Continuing, George Takei didn't stop unloading on Donald Trump, the White House, and the current state of American politics.

"The only equitable remedy is to award the other candidate the election, or to hold free and FAIR elections for President," George Takei wrote.

In his final tweet on the issue as of press time, the outspoken former "Mr. Sulu hammered home his thoughts about the billionaire real estate mogul.

"Until the investigation results in charges or exoneration, this 'president' should get no appointments, no agenda, no cooperation," he wrote. With a constant state of controversy surrounding the White House and Donald Trump, it appears that the criticism from Hollywood isn't going away anytime soon.
