Another scandal broke the internet when private photos of Emma Watson Leaked online. It was not yet known if the said images were intentionally posted before or it had been stolen to the “Beauty and the Beast” actress.

The “Harry Potter” star’s pictures were shared along with some nude snaps of unknown women. To make things worse, the non-naked photos were photoshopped to make it more revealing and provocative.

Stolen private images

“Photos from clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” Emma Watson’s publicist told BBC.

“They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”

The said photos were now circulating on the imageboard website 4chan. And aside from the 26-year-old activist, there were also strong assumptions that it also include other stars' photos. The latest leaked was said to have the same context with the Celebgate that happened in 2014.

The moment that it happened, “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” star shared her reaction on Twitter. “Even worse than seeing women's privacy violated on social media is reading the accompanying comments that show such a lack of empathy,” she tweeted. To recall, the biggest leaked that showed nude photos of a lot of celebrities, like Gabrielle Union and Jennifer Lawrence, happened in 2014.

Stars legal battles against the hackers

Meanwhile, Emma Watson is determined to start a legal battle against the perpetrator who revealed her private photos.

It is now being a usual thing when a woman is being violated publicly and online by the rude hackers.

In fact, it is not only the “Noah” actress who is affected by the issue. Mischa Barton, too, will take a legal action after her unauthorized pictures are shared online. Her lawyer, Attorney Lisa Bloom holds a press conference to talk about the reports of the “revenge porn” that involves her client is being bought.

Aside from the two, Lucy Hale also had leaked nude images that are stolen by the hackers. The “Pretty Little Liars” star even told the wrongdoer to “kiss my a**” while her lawyer gave the website the exposed the photos a warning letter.
