Assassin’s Creed Origins” is an action role-playing game that follows the lore of the “Assassin’s Creed” franchise. This will be the latest game title in the popular series, and it will tackle the origins of the Assassin Brotherhood. This will be set in Ancient Egypt with an Egyptian assassin as the main protagonist.

The video game will have the same mechanics of the popular franchise with new features included. Hopefully, the new features will improve the series’ gameplay, and fix the problems it was plagued in the past. Here are the things that I am expecting for this game on its release.

Origins of the Assassin Brotherhood

The first information that I really want to know in this game is the origins of the Brotherhood. I want an extensive explanation on how it all started, what triggered its organization, and how they operated. The history of the elusive group was told all over the game titles of the franchise, but they were fragmented.

History of Ancient Egypt

Acquiring knowledge of ancient history through books is one thing, but learning it through cutscenes and gameplay can make it more interesting. Ancient Egypt is one of my favorite timelines, and I want to know more about Cleopatra and the inner workings of their ancient kingdom. Adding fictional conspiracy to the mix is a good ingredient to spice things up.

Serious and mature protagonist

From the “Assassin’s Creed Origins” trailers that I have seen, Bayek is a serious and mature as the main character. Hopefully, he is like that throughout the game, and he does not get too emotional at certain points in it. Previous heroes in prequels were too emotional, always joking around, and immature except for Altair.

Beautiful scenery of Ancient Egypt

Since the video game will be set in Ancient Egypt, I am hoping the view will be great from atop the pyramids or a high tower. It would be great to just watch the beautiful scenery of this ancient country with sparkling rivers and lush greenery. I am looking forward to an upcoming feature, which will allow players to journey through the game without battles.

Less or no microtransactions at all

One of the big issues in triple-A video games today is including the microtransactions feature in them. Hopefully in "Assassin's Creed Origins," Ubisoft will not allow a feature like that. They could allow it, but it should not be a requirement for the story.
