After a series of rumors and a leak from a certain magazine, “Okami Hd” has finally been confirmed by Capcom. This new HD remaster will be coming to the newer consoles and the PC soon.

HD remaster coming soon to new platforms

The HD remaster of “Okami” will be coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC after the game company officially announced it. It will be released on Dec. 12 in North America and Europe. It was also revealed that gamers could purchase this video game at an affordable price of only $19.99.

The game company stated that the PS4 and Xbox One versions would get a physical copy of the HD remastered game and also digital versions.

The PC version will be launched on Steam in digital form as well.

About the video game

Okami HD” was inspired by Japanese folklore and legends that were told by different generations. It is all about the Japanese goddess called Amaterasu and her mission of traveling through the land of the Rising Sun. She is also trying to disperse a curse that was cast by Orochi, which is an eight-headed demon and she is also joined by Issun, a local artist.

Players will be using the magical powers of Amaterasu in the game, and she can use different kinds of items as well. The game is well known for its unique gameplay that uses the celestial brush techniques in different fights.

Options on screen format

The video game company also revealed that players could choose two different display formats in playing the game.

They can choose between the widescreen format, and the original 4:3 aspect ratio display. Another bonus is the original PlayStation 2 loading screens that were interactive and allows players to earn bonus demon fangs.

‘Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite’ gets new tutorial videos

In other Capcom related news, “Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” recently got six new videos that showcased tutorials of the game.

Each of the videos revealed different tutorials for different game characters like Morrigan, Iron Man, Ryu, X, Captain Marvel, and Captain America.

These new videos revealed the different types of moves that players could do in the game. It also revealed an overview of the characters to get to know them. It also revealed the different types of Infinity Stones that can be used by these characters, the compatibility of each stone, and how it can be used in certain situations.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” will be launched on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. It will be released on Sept. 19.
