Capcom’s sixth installment to the series of cross over games, dubbed as “Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” is making headlines recently. Following the announcement of the additional characters in the game, it appears that a new character is coming from “Monster Hunter” will be a playable character in the game soon. The latest leak came from the Gamestop-exclusive Crossover comic book.

One of the exciting news about Capcom’s fighting title game, “Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” is the Gamestop-exclusive comic book knotted to the game’s story.

The announcement was made during the Marvel Games panel at the San Diego Comic-Con 2017. The 20-page exclusive crossover comic book will center on Valkanda. It will combine several villages from Monster Hunter title to the world of Wakanda. Moreover, the comic book will be available in both French and English languages.

Monster Hunter has been heavily speculated in the past to be one of the characters in the sixth game installment. While this latest information is not yet confirmed by the game developer, fans are hoping that it would soon be official. Aside from that fans are anticipating that Capcom will make the famous hunter a part of the characters of the base game.

Even though there are numerous characters announced, several fans are disappointed upon knowing that they will be released in the game’s expansion. This happens to Black Panther, while there is an excitement among fans that the hero will be one of the characters, Capcom revealed that he would arrive in the game’s DLC.

Meanwhile, a new video was released on YouTube by the user named Maximilian Dood. The game footage shows the YouTuber playing the game and trying out different types of characters. Moreover, the user reveals his experiment on several characters and their move sets while trying the gameplay of the upcoming title.

Confirmed characters

Among the confirmed characters that will be in the game is Black Panther, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, and Gamora. Halkeye, Hulk, Iron man, and Nova will also be in the sixth game installment. Fans can also play with characters like Rocket Raccoon, Spider-Man, Thos, Thanos, and Ultron. Arthur, Chris Redfield, Frank West, Chun-Li, Dante, and Mega Man X are other characters confirmed to be playable in the game.

“Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” is scheduled to release on September 19, 2017. The sixth game installment will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
