Way before October 31, people start brainstorming to get the best Costume Ideas for their favorite Halloween party. From kids to adults, everyone looks forward to being a part of all of those wonderful Halloween parties. After all, this night is all about getting scared and scaring others with your creativity.

The Halloween party

Honestly, it doesn't matter which party you are planning to be a part of. Even if you are planning to host a small get-together Halloween dinner at home, it is your duty to be all dressed up as a host so that you motivate the guests to be dressed for the event, too.

Unless you are dressed to scare others, your guests won't willingly participate. Make sure to tell your guests to wear their costumes.

The costumes

If you haven't thought of a costume idea for Halloween yet, here is a list of six popular choices:

1) The scary Annabelle doll: Despite her scary appearance, people adore Annabelle and would love to see her walking around them. All you have to do is get a white dress with red lace and you can create your very own costume. Don't forget to make the two braids that the doll is popular for! This Halloween, don't forget to 'doll-up!'

2) The evil clown Pennywise: Pennywise is quite a scary clown. Not everyone likes him, but that is one of the best parts of choosing your costume - the scarier, the better.

You can wear the costume of a clown and do the makeup on your own. You don't have to be a perfectionist to imitate the style of this evil clown from the movie 'IT.' Just remember not to lurk in the bushes as last year some people were terrified by 'Creepy Clowns."

3) American McGee's Alice: I am not sure how many of you have played this game, but one look at the costume of Alice and you know what you want to wear to your Halloween party this year.

4) The ghost bride: Do you still have your old bridal gown in your wardrobe? Time for you to it use on the special night of October!

5) The perfect student, Hermione Granger: Hermione Granger has always been my favorite and dressing up like this witch isn't difficult. You just need to find a Hogwarts uniform and you will be perfectly dressed to walk with your Harry and Ron!

6) The witty jack sparrow: Can we really forget Jack Sparrow and his weird costume in "Pirates of the Caribbean?"

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, you can always learn to do the makeup on your own. There are so many tutorials that can be of great help to you. It is not necessary that you have to look scary, just because it is Halloween. As long as you look good and are comfortable imitating the character you choose, you are surely going to impress the crowd.
