Former NJPW star and a multi-time champion Kenny Omega recently gave an interview to Gamespot.com where he talked about his opponent in AEW's upcoming event "All Out," scheduled for August 31 who is Jon Moxley a.k.a Dean Ambrose. He said that it will be a real test for Jon Moxley.
This is what he said, "Yes, he can brawl. Yes, he can talk. But now, can he wrestle? Now, can he win? Now, can he fight? Now, can he have the type of performances that AEW is going to command from him? This is the real test."
Moxley is the one who interfered in Omega's match with Chris Jericho at AEW's first pay-per-view "Double or Nothing." After the match between Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho got over with Jericho defeating Omega, Jon Moxley made his debut by entering the ring and attacking both of them.
Matt Riddle on why he hates Goldberg
WWE NXT superstar Matt Riddle has been creating quite a splash on social media by talking trash about Goldberg. He has been attacking Goldberg by calling him "worst wrestler ever," on social media. In fact, he was blocked by Goldberg on Twitter. His latest comments on "WWE Hall of Famer" was when he lost his match against "The Phenom" Undertaker at Saudi Arabia's "Super ShowDown" event which took place on June 7.
The match was highly criticized all over social media by Wrestling fans as it was a botch-filled match. Goldberg busted himself open by hitting his head on the turnbuckle. He could not execute his signature move "Jackhammer," and could not attempt a "Tombstone Piledriver" either.
Matt Riddle recently gave an interview to talkSPORTS.com where he explained why he does not like Goldberg. An extract from his statement is, “I was never a fan of Goldberg in the beginning when everybody was like ‘oh, he’s so good!’ I was like ‘no, he’s terrible, he’s hurting people’ and there’s nothing else."
Matt Riddle says WWE likes his activities
In the same interview with talkSPORT.com, Matt Riddle said that he deserves the chance to do what he is doing by attacking Goldberg on social media as he is a hard worker.
He also said that talents like Triple H and Shawn Michaels appreciate him. This is what he said, "I think if I was a bad worker and then I did everything that I do, they’d be like ‘hate this guy.’ But, all the talents like Triple H and Shawn Michaels, they know I’m legit as hell and they love it."
