isaiah thomas recently dissed the Boston Celtics when he made a significant reference to a photo that says something about loyalty. The former Celtics player was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Kyrie Irving in one of the most surprising NBA trades in history. Thomas, despite the fallout, remained loyal to Boston even going as far as saying "he fell in love" with Boston. But that was just the start. He soon had to release his pent-up feelings and make the world of basketball know he did not appreciate the trade and he was hurt beyond anything.

Despite that, he made a promise that he will cooperate with the Cavs, even promising a championship. But it looks like he hasn't fully recovered and has lingering thoughts about the Celtics downplaying that loyalty. Bleacher Report posted image via Isaiah Thomas' Instagram account that clearly highlights the word "loyalty."

As if the message is not clear enough, Thomas encircled the phrase "Loyalty is Returned."

The Cleveland Cavaliers recently confirmed that Isaiah Thomas hip injury is getting better each day, hence the prediction of play time before January.

Coach Tyrone Lue is amazed by the three weeks rehabilitation that significantly improved his health. Thomas has joined the Cavs mini-camp hosted by LeBron James in Santa Barbara.

In a penned article on The Player's Tribune, Isaiah Thomas said, "I like to imagine that sometime not long from now, somewhere in Boston, someone is going to be a parent, talking basketball to their kid.

And their kid is going to ask them, point-blank like kids do, you know, 'Yo — why you become a Celtics fan?'"

The Cleveland Cavaliers and its blockbuster roster

The Boston Celtics traded Isaiah Thomas for Kyrie Irving partly because of the hip injury that plagued the Celtics' star. In an interview with the Celtics' Danny Ainge, he admitted that part adding that Thomas' contract will expire at the end of next season.

For now, the Cavaliers are working on rehabilitating the player in order to prepare him at the end of the year.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers' LeBron James is currently resting during the preseason because of an ankle injury he sustained during practice. In what could be his first time playing with Dwyane Wade as members of the Cleveland Cavaliers, James twisted his ankle and has been sidelined since. His x-ray, on the other hand, showed negative signs of possible long-time fracture.
