"American Idol" 2019 arrives Sunday, March 3 and fans can't wait to choose a contestant as their favorite. The season's here and of course, there are loads of things we all want to know about the show. So far, some contestants were spotted by people watching the Oscars' special by Ryan Seacrest, which brought minor spoilers. Readers should note, however, that there are explicit spoilers further down in this article.

'American Idol' specials by Ryan Seacrest for 2019

Fans of "American Idol" already saw one special that screened during the Oscars' hype.

In fact, they popped up that stunning video showing some contestants performing Queens "Don't Stop Me Now." Some followers of the show managed to identify some of the singers, with one noted as Nick Rogers. Others speculated on one of them being a person named Walker Burroughs.

That aside, Cosmopolitan reported that we can expect Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie back as judges. Plus, Ryan Seacrest returns to host the show. They added, "Radio personality Bobby Bones, host of The Bobby Bones Show in Nashville, is also returning in a full-time capacity."

In the video below, from the Oscars, we see some contestants. Some fans thought the final contestants were revealed, but apparently not so, as these are just contestants and not necessarily winners.

A 30-minute special comes via iHeartMedia

Billboard revealed another special comes between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the same day as the premiere. In their statement, iHeartMedia's Adrienne Pabst said they "can’t wait to help ABC celebrate its return with a week of amazing content across iHeartMedia’s extensive network of media platforms." It looks like the special will bring some exclusive content and lots more information about the show.

The actual show arrives with a two-hour premiere on ABC at 8:00 PM EST. In this year's show, thanks to Pensacola News Journal, we can expect to see at least three contestants from Santa Rosa County. They are Chloe Channell, Karli Ryan, and Zena Carpenter. Apparently, Karli will feature on the Wednesday, March 6 episode. Another leak suggests that Dalton Elliott of Nashville will also be in the contest.

So far, spoilers by TV Shows Ace suggest that Evelyn Cormier (90 Day Fiance), Laine Hardy (Last year's American Idol contestant), and returnee Alyssa Raghu, do well. The insider Idol Pad lists the top 14 as:
