MTV’s “Teen Mom OG’ star Amber Portwood delighted fans on May 25 when she shared a photo on Twitter that fans consider adorable, precious, and perfect. The picture is of her three-week-old baby boy James. Amber captioned the photo, saying, “Sweet little baby James fast asleep.” Without a doubt, James is a very cute baby.

In Touch Weekly conveyed what many fans and social media followers are thinking.”It seems like just yesterday” when MTV viewers watched “16 and Pregnant” and Amber was giving birth to her daughter Leah Shirley.

Leah is now nine-years-old and a big sister to baby James, born May 8, and her half-sister Emilee Shirley, who shares father Gary with Leah. How time sure does fly.

It is very fortunate for Amber and Gary’s daughter, as well as her siblings, that they are co-parenting without the level of vitriol that was prevalent in their relationship when they were together as girlfriend and boyfriend. Amber and Gary have each moved on and have different partners.

Amber is with James’ father, cinematographer Andrew Glennon. Gary Shirley is now married to Kristina, the mother of Leah’s younger half-sister. Co-parenting seems to suit Amber and Gary much better than trying to make a relationship work when it just wasn’t happening.

As long as they are getting along, fans realize that the children will benefit by their example of how parents can work things out even if the parents were not right for each other.

Amber had a rough time getting to the point where she is now with Andrew. Following her relationship with Gary, as the Inquisitr noted, she was engaged to Matt Baier.

She and Matt joined the cast of WEtv’s “Marriage Bootcamp.” Their relationship did not survive when Amber decided to call it quits, breaking things off with Matt.

Fans worried that Amber’s relationship with Andrew was happening too soon. When she announced her pregnancy (expecting baby James), fans were stunned, not anticipating the news.

Amber assured that things were right between her and Andrew. In fact, she stated that she felt the happiest with him than she has felt in the past.

Though she was sick throughout her pregnancy with James, feeling ill did not diminish how she felt toward the pending birth of her baby boy. Her excitement sustained her. Fans seeing her photos with Andrew, can see that she appears to be as elated as she has stated.

When fans saw the photo of James on May 25, the responses started flowing. In addition to noting how adorable Amber’s baby looks while sound asleep, one fan suggested that Amber play “Sweet Baby James” as “his” lullaby.

A Twitter user who goes by the moniker @DreamerMelis relayed, “My daughter is 9 months and this is making me want another one.” It is quite evident, from the comments to Amber on Twitter, fans felt it was a sweet treat seeing the photo of baby James.
