"Teen Mom OG" star Ryan Edwards' problems continue to mount. It has been one tough week for the troubled reality television personality. Edwards' week started off sharing the news that he and wife Mackenzie Standifer were expecting their first baby together. Less than 24 hours later Ryan was arrested at his Tennessee home on heroin-related charges.

Has Mackenzie Standifer left Ryan Edwards for good?

As if that was not bad enough, it now appears as though three women have come out stating that Ryan Edwards was a member (again) of the dating site Tinder and had been contacting them to hook up.

Now it has been reported by Radar Online that Mackenzie has left town. Obviously, the cheating scandal building around her husband is too much for her to deal with this time.

Will Ryan Edwards be fired from Teen Mom OG?

Sources with knowledge of Ryan and Mackenzie's troubles allegedly told Radar Online that Mackenzie left for New York, alone, on Thursday morning. Mackenzie must be in quite a state at this time because the source claims she fled town, giving up her weekend with her son Hudson. Mack was due to spend Friday throughTuesday with her son and celebrate Easter, but because of all the turmoil going down in her and Ryan's lives at this time, she felt the need to get away.

Mackenzie Standifer is not the only one who does not want to deal with Ryan Edwards at this time.

As previously reported, Maci Bookout -- Ryan's ex and mom of son Bentley -- has filed a protection order against Edwards to keep him from attempting to see or contact anyone in her family. At this time it is not known where exactly Ryan Edwards is hiding out.

All that is known is that he has been silent on all matters. Fans believe Ryan is most likely laying low with his parents, Jen and Larry.

Ryan has always depended on his parents to see him through whatever issues come to light in his life. Fans of "Teen Mom" have often thought that their coddling and attempts to protect Ryan has not helped his issues at all.

It appears that the time for tough love has arrived, and all who care about Ryan's health and life need to stand together on these issues if there is any hope at all of Edwards ever getting clean and getting his life on the right track once and for all.

Things are really imploding around Ryan Edwards, and this time he may just lose it all. Could this finally be the rock bottom that Ryan Edwards needs to hit to finally realize that he needs some major help and major changes in his life?
