Jenelle Evans and David Eason have dealt with plenty of drama throughout their relationship. From not being allowed to see their children to criminal cases, there has been a lot of court time served by both parties. Evans and Eason got married last year, just months after they welcomed their first child together. Jenelle has been a part of the “Teen Mom” franchise for nearly a decade, and in that time, a lot has happened.

Making headlines

There is also something Jenelle Evans and David Eason do that make headlines. In fact, some of the things are completely insane.

Evans and her mother aren't on good terms because of the situation with Barbara Evans raising Jace. Right now, they share custody of the minor child with him residing with his grandmother. Eason has his daughter, Maryssa living with him and Jenelle. He also has a son, Kaden, who has not been able to see in several months. This has caused quite the battle. On top of that, Evans' middle child, Kaiser, is being battled over in court. Doris Davidson, the paternal grandmother, has filed a suit against Jenelle.

According to Radar Online, Jenelle Evans and David Eason have filed a case against Kaden's mother, Olivia Leedham. The documents show that Eason is accusing his son's mother of contempt of court for not allowing the promised visitation that was worked out last year.

Jenelle and David have not been allowed to see Kaden and they assert the mother is not forcing the minor child to respect his father. At this point, there has been no ruling on the case by the judge handling the situation.

Legal is their specialty

Both Jenelle Evans and David Eason have been in court enough times to know how to handle situations.

In fact, they sent out cease and desist letters to their “Teen Mom 2” co-stars at the end of 2017. They mean business when it comes to their legal rights. Jenelle has two custody battles to fight of her own but she is still standing by her man. David wants to see his son, and by court orders, he should be able to. Unfortunately, it has been quite some time since he has had father and son time.

While he is very hands on raising Kaiser, it is still not the same thing. In a perfect world, Evans and Eason would have all of their children under one roof together forever.

There is no word on whether or not this will be filmed as part of their storyline on "Teen Mom 2" this season. They have reportedly already begun filming, but nothing has been officially confirmed.
