david foster isn't interested in allowing another "Real Housewife" into his life. According to a new report from TMZ, the music producer and ex-husband of Yolanda Hadid, formerly of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," was recently confronted by kelly dodd, of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" during a night out in Los Angeles.
On November 21, TMZ shared a video of David Foster preparing to leave Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood, California on Monday night before being shocked by Kelly Dodd, who opened his passenger's side door and promptly sat down beside him.
"You are going to have another 'Housewife,'" Dodd announced as she sat down.
Right away, Foster was caught off guard and demanded Dodd get out of his car. "Oh no! Please don't," he told the Bravo TV reality star, who is newly single after announcing plans to divorce husband Michael Dodd weeks ago. David Foster then made it clear that he didn't even know who Dodd was and told TMZ, "Please don't," likely in regard to possible rumors that may have started due to the brief sighting of Dodd in his vehicle.
David Foster's rep released a statement in regard to the incident
Following his bizarre encounter with the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star, David Foster's spokesperson spoke out on his behalf, slamming Kelly Dodd for her "careless, inappropriate, and disrespectful" actions.
The rep also noted that Foster was shaken up by the encounter.
David Foster and former wife Yolanda Hadid parted ways nearly two years ago and in the years since, he has been linked to a number of women, including Elizabeth Hurley and Christie Brinkley. That said, for the past several months, he has seemingly had eyes for just one woman, Katharine McPhee.
What has Kelly Dodd said about her behavior?
Speaking to TMZ after Monday's encounter, Kelly Dodd explained that she was enjoying a night out with her friends, including comedian Heather McDonald and former "Real Housewives of Miami" star Lea Black, when she thought it would be funny to tell David Foster that he needed a new "Housewife." "I guess he didn’t find it funny," Dodd concluded in her statement.
To see more of Kelly Dodd, her family, and her co-stars, including Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Meghan King Edmonds, Lydia McLaughlin, and Peggy Sulahian, don't miss new episodes of the "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12 on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
