Possible plots for season 3

While it is unknown as of yet the plot of "Young Justice" Season 3, it is speculated that show will have a five-year gap similar to the second season, and the first arc will involve the possible return of the original Kid Flash, Wally West. Wally is a founding member of the team alongside Aqualad and Robin.

He sacrificed his life to save the world from the Reach during season 2 finale, leading Bart to be Wally's successor.

YouTube channel Emergency Awesome theorized last year that Wally's return to "Young Justice" will likely be similar to his comic book counterpart in the "DC Rebirth" story.

It is also speculated that Darkseid could be the main antagonist in season 3 as he had a partnership with the show's main antagonists "The Light" led by Vandal Savage.

Savage's organization consisting of some of DC comic's most notorious villains such as Lex Luthor, Ra's al Ghul, Queen Bee, The Brain, Klarion the Witch Boy, Black Manta, Sportsmaster, Deathstroke and much more.

The new episodes of the show will deal with the team grappling with meta human trafficking while continuing the theme of super heroics and teenage maturity in real world issues.

DC fans hope to get more details for the third season of "Young Justice" this year.
