The other night on "The Bachelorette" fans saw Rachel Lindsay bring her final three guys home to meet her parents. Nobody saw her dad on the show, so everyone wondered what was going on with this, but it turns out that Rachel's dad did meet all of the guys it was just done off camera. He isn't allowed to be on camera, but they made it work.

What went on with Rachel's dad that night?

The three guys met rachel lindsay's mother, sister, brother-in-law, and cousin all on camera during the show. They didn't meet her dad, but this was because he is a federal judge and couldn't be on television.

It turns out that Rachel's dad was there, though. If you noticed, Bryan Abasolo got up during dinner and walked off. Everyone wondered where he went and it turns out that he went to talk to Rachel's dad.

Bryan Abasolo actually explained what happened on Instagram. He said, "Post show deep Shower thought: did I really walk away from the dining table without answering such an important question?? "#imprettysureim100%positiveIgushedaboutRachel #igotuptogotalktoherdad." So no, Bryan wasn't being rude, and he had a reason to step away. Fans are really glad that he explained it all because the fans were curious what was going on.

It turns out that all three guys got to meet Rachel's dad. This means they got a chance to talk to him about if they want to propose or what their future plans are for Rachel.

The guys needed this time, so this is great that they were able to get it. Yesterday, Rachel Lindsay shared a photo of her dad on Instagram to show that he really does exist.

Did he meet Nick Viall as well?

Nick Viall also shared that he met Rachel Lindsay's dad on their hometown date even though he didn't appear on camera then either.

Nick said that he was wonderful. It appears that Rachel's dad wanted to be involved with the process, but since he couldn't be on camera, he did what he could do to meet the guys. Nick and Rachel didn't work, but Nick did get to meet her dad. The fans didn't realize what went on at the time at all. Maybe ABC should have just put something on screen explaining it.
