Major details about the coming “American Horror Story” Season 7 are now emerging, thanks to its creator and producer Ryan Murphy. Last Thursday, the screenwriter revealed that the show’s official title would be called “Cult.”
Aside from the title, the 51-year-old director also unveiled the anthology horror series’ official release that will be set on Sept. 5. The mysterious roles of Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are also now disclosed.

Paulson and Peters’ revealed characters
On his Instagram post on Sunday, Ryan Murphy revealed a sketch photo of Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters.
The two are wearing the same black jackets. Remember the blue-colored hair he posted last May 17? It is Peters’ new longer mane in the coming “American Horror Story” Season 7. He, too, looks terribly tired in the drawing with dark bags under his eyes.
Paulson, on the other hand, seems aged in the outline. Her hair is in a lob, and her eyes have a touch of red color. “Ally and Kai in CULT...a love story for the ages,” Ryan Murphy captioned the snap. Evidently, they are named Ally and Kai, and they are a couple.
It is not yet revealed if Peters is going to be one of the clowns or will be playing a different role. However, in a Twitter post, Murphy revealed that fans are about to see more of the 30-year-old actor.
He, too, called the upcoming season as “his heaviest season” so far.
Other stars that will be seen in the show’s seventh installment are the returning Frances Conroy and Mare Winningham. The two have been seen in the previous chapters of the anthology series. Lena Dunham, too, is coming with an unrevealed role yet for only one episode.
Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, and Colton Haynes will also be the new faces that will be seen in the show. The new season will be set in Michigan and will run with 11 episodes.
More hints coming
Moreover, Ryan Murphy earlier revealed that “American Horror Story” Season 7 will be focusing on the 2016 presidential election.
It will kick off with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, but they will just be seen on television and won’t be portrayed by any stars.
Although the show didn’t attend the recent San Diego Comic-Con 2017, he took advantage of the event and revealed some juicy details about its much-awaited return. In fact, he has revealed one trailer to another at the television series’ official website AHS7.com. The site even promised that an interactive experience would continue to give small revelations, hints, and clues for the next eight weeks.
