It's that time of year again: the time that everyone wants to know all about the upcoming season of "American Horror Story." Season 6 may have been shrouded in mystery, but that isn't going to happen with Season 7. Fans already know there is supposed to be an election theme, but there are new clues and cryptic messages being released. There are also clear messages, such as the Ryan Murphy tweet that tells us the season 7 title will be revealed very soon!

But what exactly do we know already? What is to come for "AHS" season 7?

The creepy evil monster looks like an elephant

Recently, the sketch for one of the monsters to appear in the seventh season was revealed. It looks like a zombie version of the "Dumbo" pink elephants on parade. Fans have jumped to the conclusion that this elephant is a representation of the Republican Party. However, nobody has confirmed this just yet. We just know that there's a creepy elephant-like thing that will appear.

Evan Peters may have blue hair

A "red, white, and blue" clue was shared on Murphy's Instagram recently. It really wasn't quite red, white, and blue, but more just a blue clue. Well, the caption says clue but there isn't much to go off. Right now the image looks like the back of Evan Peter's head.

He is at least confirmed to star in the seventh season, along with Sarah Paulson, so it could be that Peters is dying his hair blue for the role.

Twisty the Clown is returning

For those who don't like clowns, you may not want to watch this season. Twisty the Clown, one of the scariest things ever to come out of "American Horror Story," is making a comeback.

The details around his return are uncertain, but at least fans now have one of the connections to a previous season. After all, every season has been connected in some way.

Fans won't be kept completely in the dark

"American Horror Story" season 6 was a nightmare. Fans had no idea what to expect until the very first episode.

Sure, there were set photos shared now and then, but they could only offer clues. The producers wanted to keep it all a secret for the suspense. It looks like the producers have decided not to take that approach this year. Not only do we already know that there will be a Presidential Election theme, but we also know more details are to come. One of the details will be the season title on July 20, 2017.

Are you ready for "American Horror Story" season 7? There isn't long to wait now for the season, and even less time for a few more details.
