"Teen Mom OG" star Ryan Edwards is currently in rehab for alleged drug abuse, but did MTV aid in his addiction? Farrah Abraham's on again, off again boyfriend, Simon Saran is accusing one of the show's producers, Kiki Malone, of giving Ryan pills. This week, Simon tweeted that he wondered if he should talk about "Kiki giving Ryan pills during shoots."
Malone, who has worked for MTV since 2009, has made many appearances on the show and has also worked on "Teen Mom 2" and "16 and Pregnant" during her time with the network.
MTV producers gone wild?
According to Celebuzz, Simon Saran is starting some serious drama with his latest allegations.
Kiki may get in some serious trouble if the allegations prove to be true, as the franchise has already fired one of the show's most well-known producers, Heather Walsh. As many fans know, Heather was a staple on "Teen Mom OG," often filming scenes and diffusing tensions for both Amber Portwood and Farrah Abraham.
However, the network gave her the boot after she was caught breaking several rules. Sources tell The Ashley's Reality Roundup that Heather would frequently stay at Farrah Abraham's house, and that simply wasn't allowed. The network reportedly wants the producers and cast members to have good relationships, but there are guidelines of what the employees are and are not allowed to do with the cast members.
Will more get fired?
However, another rumor circulating is that Amber Portwood is to blame for Heather Walsh being fired. The "Teen Mom OG' star spoke out saying that she did nothing to get Heather fired and that she "loves" her former producer. Amber then called out Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran saying that maybe if they "didn't always party," Heather would still have her job.
Other rumors about producers have also been shocking. For awhile, it was rumored that producer JC Cueva may have been Kailyn Lowry's baby daddy, and that Adam Lind had a sexual relationship with producer Mandy.
Ryan's in rehab and married
The rumors are crazy and shocking, to say the least. If Ryan Edwards did get drugs from an MTV producer the fans are going to go wild over the news.
Ryan, who is currently in rehab, is reportedly doing well as he tries to clean up his act. Meanwhile, getting clean and sober won't be the only new life adjustment Edwards will have to deal with. Ryan and his fiance, Mackenzie Standifer reportedly got married just before he headed to rehab, and fans can't wait to see the relationship play out on the show if Ryan chooses to keep filming after he is in recovery.
