Jenelle Evans plans to go back to continue custody fight with mother over Jace

According to In Touch, Evans, 25, is very bitter towards her mother Barbara stating that her mom went to extremes to set her up and take her son Jace away from her.

Jenelle recalls her mother talking her into going out with her friends one evening to get a break from the baby and to relax. She reveals that she should have suspected that her mother was up to something right away by her mother's strange behaviors.

At her mother's persistent urging Jenelle reveals she left the house for an evening out with her friend Tori. Jenelle claims she was taken completely by surprise when she returned home the next morning to find Child Protective Services waiting for her in the driveway.

Evans reveals her mother called CPS and told them she had left her baby son Jace at home to go out partying; she also told them this was something that happened several nights a week.

Jenelle writes how she tried to explain what had happened and that her mother had urged her to go out, but they did not believe her over her mother's claims.

CPS "gave my mother temporary custody in light my actions. My mother had set me up, and I had fallen hard for it."

Needless to say, Jenelle and her mother's relationship went completely downhill from there.

Things between them had not been good anyway. Jenelle writes that starting with her past drug addiction problems, things have been continually growing worse between them. Evans admits that her addiction was bad and at one point she was "shooting up 4 or 5 times a day."

Jenelle is now clean and sober is engaged to David Eason and has three beautiful children, son Jace, 7, son Kaiser, 2, and daughter Ensley, 5-months.

Things between Jenelle and her mother are still not good, and she still does not have full custody of Jace. She is, however, getting to spend much more time with Jace and the restrictions are not as strict.

Jenelle reveals Jace is getting to come to her home more where he enjoys spending time with his little brother and sister. She also reveals her feeling towards her mother Barbara hasn't changed at all. She also claims that she will continue with her custody fight and she reveals they will head back to court in a year so the judge can evaluate the latest visitation agreement.
