For the whole of “The Big Bang Theory” season 10, Leonard, Howard, and Sheldon have worked on a military invention, based on an idea that they gained in a bar. It looks all set for completion now but of course there is going to be a hitch. That hitch appears to be the project being shut down and taken away. This is the problem of letting the military fund such a large project! Just what will happen on “The Big Bang Theory” season 10, episode 23?

It’s time for a party (and a movie syndication)

While realizing that their work is coming to an end, the group of friends decide to have a party.

Well, it’s not quite a party without a bendy straw, but it’s as close as Sheldon will get to one for now. It’s all to celebrate the final stage of their gyroscope, which they’ve been working on for so long. This was supposed to be their ticket to fame and fortune.

However, when the three scientists get to work, they realize that their project is gone. The whole room is bare, leading to the fear that someone has taken it. Howard does point out that if they made a movie about them this would be a climatic and suspenseful moment. Is it possible that the military has shut the project down without telling them?

The problem with the project being a military secret is that the group of friends has no way of making a claim.

They can’t exactly go to a court without breaking confidential and classified agreements. It’s possible for the military to deny any existence of it. This could spell danger for all their hard work.

Amy has bad news for Sheldon in ‘The Big Bang Theory’

If that isn’t enough, Amy has some bad news to share with Sheldon. Well, it’s good news for her but some bad news for him.

Amy is getting offered the chance to go to Princeton as a visiting researcher. It will be a big deal for her career, but she knows that it will be devastating for Sheldon.

He has never really handled being alone well. When Leonard went away for a few months at sea, Sheldon and Penny grew especially fond of each other. Amy knows that Sheldon will have Leonard and Penny there for him when she’s away, which is some consolation.

Of course, Penny isn’t too happy with that idea.

She is especially not too happy about that idea when she finds out she could get rid of one of her roommates. Raj has been living at the apartment while getting himself back on his feet. Now it turns out that he may have found an apartment, living over Bert’s garage. This could mean that Bert will become a more regular recurring character in “The Big Bang Theory” season 11.

There are just two episodes left of “The Big Bang Theory” season 10. Catch the next episode on Thursday, May 4 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
