Steve Gold is the newest real estate agent on “Million Dollar Listing New York” and fans got a chance to meet him on last night’s premiere. He replaces Luis D. Ortiz, who decided to leave the show behind to seek out another passion of his. He realized that real estate was not what he wanted to do, so he quit. Bravo started searching for a new real estate agent to join the show and eventually chose Steve Gold, who is a friend of Fredrik Eklund.

During yesterday's premier episode, he revealed that he never wears a suit and a tie.

He said he will wear collared shirts, blue jeans and blazer jackets when he's meeting with clients. This is a refreshing new way of doing business and he complements the two other guys quite nicely.
