A little over a week ago, Jill Duggar and derick dillard announced they lost a friend to murder while in Central America. The news came just as they were about to return to Arkansas. The two talked about their friend and the dangers of the town he lived in. It was something that clearly affected both Duggar and Dillard. In fact, rumors circulated that they returned home so quickly because of their concern for safety. It may have contributed to it, but Jill is already very pregnant and in a few more weeks, she will be welcoming her second son. They were most likely going to be headed home anyway.
Jill comes under fire for looking "happy"
The Duggars come under heavy criticism for everything they do. This time, the words behind what people are saying is false. According to the Hollywood Gossip, Jill Duggar has been heavily scrutinized for looking "happy" less than 24 hours after her friend was murdered. The publication accusing her of this was mistaken on the timeline of events and used photos that weren't even taken at the same time. The Hollywood Gossip points out a gap of at least a few days between the news of the murder and the photo where Jill appears to be too "happy." Of course, Duggar is thrilled, she is back home with her family and waiting for the arrival of her new baby!
The criticism came because there was speculation that Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard were using their friend's unfortunate murder to try and garner sympathy.
They were accused of not being genuine in their grief, which is a pretty terrible thing to say about someone. Of course, this is just one more thing to criticize the family over.

Everyone is wondering whether or not Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard plan to remain in Arkansas once the new baby is born or if they plan to go back out to the mission field.
As of now, the couple hasn't confirmed what the future holds for them. They are adjusting to being home and the upcoming family events that are going to be huge for the Duggars. Joy-Anna will be getting married, Joseph will possibly be getting engaged, and Anna Duggar will be having her fifth child. Everyone is focused on family and filming "Counting On."
The next few months are going to be incredibly busy for the Duggar family. Jill and Derick are looking forward to welcoming their new addition while being happy they are back home with their family. If it isn't one thing about the Duggars, it is another.
