It looks like Blake Shelton wins double at the recent 2017 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Aside from winning the Top Country Artist, he is very proud that he is with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. They are evidently having the time of their lives while singing and dancing in the audience area.
Before the 40-year-old gets on his way to the stage, he first shares a very passionate kiss with his fellow “The Voice” coach as his sign of luck.
He even gushed about the 47-year-old singer while delivering his acceptance speech.

“Wow! That was pretty cool. I had a good feeling,” Shelton said after accepting a shiny new gong. He then goes on to say that he feels like he is the luckiest guy in the arena for being with the love of his life, Stefani. “Gwen is here with me, so I had a good feeling about it,” he added.
Evidently, the couple is very happy with the recognition Miranda Lambert’s former husband receives. In fact, their smiles can be seen from ear to ear. The “God Gave Me You” hitmaker continues to say that he knows that the honor he gets is “based on facts and industry things.”
It also comes with “sales, streaming, and radio airplay." However, if it is not for their fans, they wouldn’t manage to have sky-high sales, ticket sales, and airplay.
Thus, he gives his gratitude to all his fans that always support him.

Moreover, Shelton led the standing ovation for Stefani as she has presented the Icon Award to Cher. The former frontwoman of No Doubt even thanked the music icon for teaching them to be faithful to their selves no matter what.
Meanwhile, the 71-year-old legendary performer has also taken the stage to perform her number one hit “Believe.” This, too, marks her return to the stage as her first awards show performance after 15 years.The Goddess of Pop just joins the likes of Prince, Jennifer Lopez, Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion, and Neil Diamond, who also received the Icon award in the past.
In her speech, she says that she is honored to have the 2017 Billboard Music Awards ICON Award and take the stage once again to showcase her invaluable talent, to celebrate her love and passion for music and to thank her fans and supporters.
She also steals the show for bringing the audience to the past with her “Turn Back Time” performance. As a matter of fact, she even wears the same outfit that she donned in her 1989 music video.
