“Star Wars” fans have eagerly awaited the most recent movie from the franchise. While it won’t be out until Christmas this year, fans now get the first look through the trailer. The “Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer has finally made it to the internet and fans can’t stop raving about it. While it’s only a teaser, the two-minute trailer does show that the war is still going on between the light and dark sides.

‘Breathe, just breathe’

It was almost as if mark Hamill was speaking to fans of the franchise at the very beginning of the trailer. Sure, he was likely talking to Rey, who met with Luke Skywalker at the end of The Last movie, but the trailer couldn’t have been better put together from the very beginning.

After all, “Star Wars” fans everywhere couldn’t wait to catch these first clips.

The trailer makes it clear that the war between the First Order and the Resistance continues throughout the movie. Will it come to an end during “The Last Jedi?” and will the Jedi end, as Hamill says needs to happen in the last moments of the trailer?

We don’t know yet, but Rey is training to take her place as a member of the light side. She is honing her Jedi powers, becoming the warrior that she was teased as being in her opening moments last year.

Almost half a million views for ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’

At the time of writing this, the video has had more than 484,000 views. The majority of those were in the first hour of the trailer being made available on YouTube!

That alone shows that this is something eagerly awaited for by fans.

The teaser certainly doesn’t give that much away, although fans worry that a lot of the actions scenes will have been included. This is a problem with a lot of movies now, where trailers include as much action as possible and almost give the whole storyline away.

However, some fans point out that the latest “Star Wars” will be more psychological than action sequenced. There is likely to be more use of the force now that Rey is honing her skills, similarly to the way Luke honed his during the original movies.

One big question remains about how the film will deal with Princess Leia after Carrie Fisher’s untimely death.

It is possible that she will be killed during the movie, angering Luke. That could be why he believes it is time for the Jedi to end.

All other characters from “Star Wars Episode VII” were seen in the trailer. “The Last Jedi” will be in cinemas around the world on Christmas Day, 2017.
