Today marks the first 100 days, with Donald Trump as president of the United States. Many Americans are sharing how they feel about these first three months with the Donald in charge. This includes Hollywood celebrities, who have not been shy in giving their opinions. Three of them, Rob Reiner, George Takei and Billy Mayer were especially vocal. They dislike Donald Trump and are not afraid to voice it to the world.
Bill Maher has his say
Comedian Bill Maher is very critical of Donald Trump's first three months in office. He referred to the 45th president as a "whiny little bitch," who complains that he misses driving, feels isolated and does not understand why people want to verify the things he says, to see if they are true.
Maher has been outspoken in his distrust of the president from day one. He stands firm in his belief that there is evidence regarding the collusion with Russia. Almost nightly on his show, "Real Time with Bill Maher," the comedian uses his platform to bash our current president.
Rob Reiner and George Takei weighs in on Twitter
On Twitter, actor-director Rob Reiner says President Trump is a pathological liar, and everyone around him is lying as well. Reiner is especially angry regarding Russia and Michael Flynn. He is shocked that Republicans ae trying to blame former President Obama for Flynn's misdeeds. Reiner is convinced that the truth regarding Russia will come out. Star Trek alum George Takei has also been critical of the first 100 days of the Trump presidency.
Takei tweeted, 3that when he thought about how little The Donald had accomplished during this first three months, he said: "The less he achieves, the better for us all."
The experts are concerned about his mental health
One of the most disturbing assessments regarding President Trump during these past 100 days, comes from the mental health community.
Last week, Experts gave their opinion that Donald Trump's is not mentally competent to be the leader of the free world. Thy say his behavior is dangerous not only to America, but also to the entire world. This is evident in the fact that the president cannot stop bad mouthing world leaders in Twitter rants.
A CNN poll on the first 100 days
In spite of all of this, CNN did a poll which indicated that more than 90% of those who voted for Donald Trump, said that they would do so again. There is no way these Americans can be oblivious to all the chaos surrounding our president. They have been privy to the drama of the first 100 days just like the rest of us. One has to wonder, if they are lying in the surveys, in order to save face. If so they are doing just what Mr. Trump has been doing for the last 3 months, spinning things so that he looks good.
