Mama June Shannon is dealing with trying to lose weight on her show "Mama June: From Not to Hot" and now she is admitting that she ended up having a few issues. Last week everyone saw her admit that she had been binging a bit here and there.

What is Mama June doing to fix the issue?

Mama June Shannon actually joined a weight loss support group. This was her way to make sure that she could lose the weight and keep it off. She has been dealing with a lot of pressure from Sugar Bear getting married again and dealing with his new fiance. Mama June decides that meetings are the best way to go to get the help she needs.

June does admit that she threw out all of the junk food at her house, which should make things a bit easier on her, but she still thinks that the support is a great idea. A lot of people do better having someone to talk to that is going through the same thing as them, and that could be just what June needs in her life right now. The girls aren't really wanting to lose weight with her.

Mama June goes into this meeting and faces her fear. It is hard for her to talk in front of all of these people she doesn't know, but she goes for it. June is seen saying, "I've tried to change my life. I was doing pretty good until I had to go meet my ex-boyfriend's fiancée. She wants my daughter to be in the wedding, and then he wants all of us to be in the wedding.

And then I just fell off the wagon. It was just too much."

One issue she has is that Sugar Bear's new fiance wants to just feed Alana whatever she wants. They even let her get several desserts when they went out to eat and bring part of it home. This is hard on June to have it in the house and tempting her like that, and so she has to find a way to get past them and do what is best for her right now.

June has already lost a ton of weight on the show.
