Jill Duggar Dillard has been back in Central America for a month now. Derick Dillard and his wife have been busy traveling through a few countries, ministering to those in need. This is different than their last trip when they were exclusively living in El Salvador. After a month abroad, Jill and Derick posted an update for fans.

There has been some concern for Jill Duggar Dillard because she is expecting her second child. When they announced she was pregnant again, fans assumed that they would remain in Arkansas until after the new baby is born.

Instead, Jill and Derick Dillard took off to Central America and plan to get back home in time to deliver their newest son.

Scary update

When Jill Duggar Dillard talked about her experience in El Salvador, it was clear some of the things there scared her. She was afraid of the violence and became overcome with tears last fall while talking to the "Counting On" cameras. The update this time came from the Dillards after they had been away for a month. Jill talked about the death of a local girl she had come to know who died after a seizure and fatal fall. According to the Hollywood Gossip, another incident that happened to Jill and Derick was an elderly woman having a coughing fit. It was unclear if she would make it to the hospital an hour away.

Medical personnel was able to get her an inhaler and she was fine.

This update has fans concerned about Jill Duggar Dillard and her access to medical care while pregnant. She didn't have an easy birth with Israel, and ended up having a c-section. This time, she is going to attempt a VBAC. This is highly risky for a home birth, but it is what Dillard wants.

Fans have tried to reach out to her, but the Duggars aren't big on responding to social media posts.

Coming back home

It appears that the Dillards will be home sometime before the newest baby is born. Jill is due in July, so anywhere between May and June is fair game. They are making the most of their time in Central America, even if it is worrying their fans.
