Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reported to have begun talking directly again. Since news of their divorce hit in September, the pair only communicated through lawyers and the media. However, things seem to be moving forward and their #relationship is improving.
Pitt and Jolie met in 2005, during the filming of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." They have six children together. Their #divorce quickly turned ugly in the media, with reports claiming Pitt was violent.
Communicating again
The seperation of Jolie and Pitt was extremely public. Pitt was accused of domestic violence due to an incident which happened with their children during an international flight.
As a result, Pitt was only allowed supervised visitation with his children. However, Pitt was cleared of all charges.
A source has revealed that the two, famously nicknamed Brangelina, are communicating again without intermediaries. After Jolie filed for divorce six months ago, they have been estranged. The source revealed Pitt is relieved to be getting along with Jolie, and is much happier. The custody battle between Jolie and Pitt is still ongoing, and in September, Jolie filed for full custody. Presently, they have agreed to make a joint decision for the benefit of their children.
Pitt is in no hurry to date again
The 53-year-old actor is not rushing into another relationship. He allegedly does not see his love life as a priority, and is instead focusing on his family.
Pitt's relationship with his children has also improved, and he is seeing them more often.
The actor has been enjoying time out of the spotlight. He has reconnected with some old friends who are visiting often. In addition, he was pictured heading to an art studio to work on a sculpture. Pitt was also reported to have been going to the gym.
He has already lost a few pounds and is in very good shape. In Colorado, Jolie was also photographed smiling and looking radiant with her two children, Knox and Shiloh. Last month, Jolie described Pitt as a "wonderful father," so it seems things are finally looking up for this family.
