"General Hospital" weekly spoilers for February 20-24 say Nelle (Chloe Lanier) decides to up her game and send Carly (Laura Wright) the recording of Sonny (Maurice Benard) confessing to cheating. Nelle transfers the recording to a flash drive and mails it to Carly, but what about Sonny's death threat? Nelle plans to skip town before the bombshell explodes.

Michael complicates Nelle's plan

Carly wants to take Sonny up to the family cabin and sends Nelle ahead to make it a romantic set-up for her and Sonny to celebrate his house arrest ending. Nelle snarks that everything works out for Carly, and Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) goes along for the ride.

Their trip to the cabin involves an event that brings them closer, but Nelle pushes him away instead.

Also this week, "General Hospital" spoilers have Felicia (Kristina Wagner) reporting back to Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) about Nelle. Felicia found out Nelle is from Florida which is where Carly grew up with the Bensons. Any other info is suspect since Nelle knows Felicia is working for Bobbie thanks to Michael telling her the story of BJ and Maxie (Kirsten Storms).

Engagements and arrests

Ned (Wally Kurth) wants to put a ring on the good Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and stuns his mom with the news.

Ned runs to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for his blessing on the engagement and some advice. Olivia worries about Ned selling L&B since that's where his Eddie Maine roots lie.

Ava (Maura West) is suffering in prison. She knows she was set up and frets that Sonny will have her whacked while she's in PCPD lockup. Sam (Kelly Monaco) suspects that Ava is a pawn and is determined to get to the bottom of it.

This puts her on a collision course with Liv (Tonja Walker) and "General Hospital" spoilers say Sam is kidnapped on Friday, February 24.

Drama at 'GH'

Over at the hospital, Hayden (Rebecca Budig) knows something is off about Finn (Michael Easton) and "General Hospital" spoilers show that she seeks advice from hunky Griffin (Matt Cohen) to save her man.

Tracy will play a role in the addiction storyline, too, as Jane Elliot plans to retire as Tracy in April when her current contract expires.

Robin (Kimberly McCullough) is back in Port Charles to support her mother who gets a scary diagnosis on Monday, February 20. See the "GH" video promo below. All indications are that Anna has cancer and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is distraught that she's ill. His ongoing affection and support stuns the ailing Anna, who is overwhelmed.

Other events this week include Julian (William deVry) making a mistake with Liv over the hospital. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is worried for Julian and Sam doesn't like her mom feeling bad for him.

Julian confronts Jason (Billy Miller) this week and then meets with board member Gray.

Tracy has reason to celebrate according to "General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Monday, February 20 to Friday, February 24. Nina (Michelle Stafford) is annoyed by Valentin's closeness to Anna and takes matters into her own hands. Laura (Genie Francis) is pulled into Julian's "GH" scheme by week's end.
