Hey, "Homeland" peeps. We recently got a new, official synopsis from the Showtime folks for the upcoming episode 6 of season 6. This time, they gave us three, very vague storylines to work with, and they'll be featuring Carrie, attempting to keep an eye out on a lead. At some point, Saw is going to meet up with a buddy from the past. We'll also see some pretty interesting stuff from Keane as it's revealed that she's going to take a stand of some sort.
It's "The Return"
Lets go over this title for a second. It turns out that producers are calling it: "The Return,"so that's pretty short and sweet, but it makes me wonder who is returning?
Is someone returning? Anyways, in there official teaser synopsis, they tell us that we're going to see Carrie being pretty busy ,again, as usual when she keeps trying to follow a lead she found. I guess the questions, here, is will this lead turn up something new for her? Or will it just be a complete and utter waste of time? They didn't expound upon this situation, at all, so we're just going to have to wait and see how this thing plays out.
An old pal
Next, we learn that Saul is going to be pretty busy as well, because he's going to engage in a meet-up with one his pals that he's known from way, way back. They don't indicate how far back these two go. They just tell us that it's an old friend of his.
We also didn't receive any details of what will take place during this meeting. The only thing we got, is that it's happening and to just look out for it. So, yeah. Those are the questions for this situation: Who is this old friend? And what are they going to be doing?
She's going to do it
Lastly, this final teaser, tells us that we'll be seeing more of Keane in action.
However, this time, she'll be taking on a more bold position as it's described that she's going to take a stand. They didn't elaborate what she's taking a stand for, or if it will even be effective, so we just currently know that she will, indeed, be taking stand.
Obviously, we know way more stuff is going to go down in this new, 6th installment, and we should be finding out what that is when the show drops the new spoiler clips after tonight's episode 5 airing.
