“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13 finale is expected to be an action-filled episode that fans should not miss watching. The answers to what will happen now that Stephanie is missing, Alex confronts Jo’s past and Owen’s sister is alive are yet to be revealed on the next episode.

The missing Stephanie

In episode 23 of “Grey’s Anatomy”, Stephanie Edwards (Jerrika Hinton) was nowhere to be found. The whole hospital was in chaos trying to find her. Surrounding the missing case of Stephanie is the prior danger she was at. A dangerous patient took her as a hostage in exchange for the patient’s demand for getting out of the hospital.

Because of this incident, Dr. Edwards presumed that the person keeping her as a hostage is not just a mere patient but instead a dangerous criminal. She then thought that she could not give up without giving it a good fight. Meanwhile, Stephanie tried to save herself and the rest of the people in the hospital by setting the hostage-taker on fire. The patient-turned-criminal then rolled over to a pile of oxygen tanks nearby, which led to an explosion.

While the fans are getting anxious about knowing what happened after the explosion incident, the teaser for the next episode failed to reveal if Stephanie was harmed in the fire blast. Fans still have to wait if Dr. Edwards died or survived. It can be recalled that Jerrika Hinton announced that she will be leaving the show and most likely her character will also have to say goodbye.

Hinton will be included in the new HBO series of Alan Ball. It is still quite uncertain if the actress will appear on the show from time to time or her character will finally come to an end.

Alex in pursuit for a happy ending

Meanwhile, Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) confronted the abusive ex-husband of Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington), demanding him to sign their divorce paper.

This could be a way for Alex and Jo to be together. Previous episodes showed Alex’s apprehension on what could happen if he confronts Jo’s ex-husband. There were a lot of possible things that could happen in his thoughts but all of them resulted to the possibility that he might end up in jail again. Fans should look forward if Jo’s estranged husband will eventually locate her.

There is a great possibility that he might pay Jo a visit. The fact is, the character of Dr. Paul Stadler (Matthew Morrison) has a big potential of being a regular on the next season of “Grey’s Anatomy.”

A shocker for Nathan and Owen

Nathan and Owen believed that the latter’s sister was already dead. However, the news from Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) tells otherwise. Both of them have been looking for Megan for months in the previous episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy,” but they have now known that she is alive and she need some medical attention.
