The Huskers finished their series against 21st ranked Baylor on Sunday and it didn't go to plan as they lost 10-3.
Huskers still got the series win
After the team got swept by Oregon State there was talk about the fact that the Cornhuskers still felt like they got quite a bit of confidence. If that's true, then taking two of three from the 21st ranked team in the country, on their field is going to give the team plenty of confidence.

Injury bug bites pitching staff again
A Huskers team that was ravaged by injury to the pitching staff last year has suffered its first injury of 2019. Unfortunately it was to Connor Curry, who missed all of last season after Tommy John surgery. There hasn't been word on how severe his injury this year is.
Oh man. Nebraska starter Connor Curry throws two pitches to begin B4 and signals to the dugout with an apparent arm injury. The sophomore lefty from Lincoln Southeast sat out all of last year recovering from Tommy John surgery.

Here's hoping it's not as serious as it seems.
