The Oakland Raiders traded Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday afternoon (October 22). Social media had some opinions on who won the trade, who lost the trade, and who lost their minds.
Setting the market
Patrick Peterson is the last big name that might be on the trade market, and it appears one sports media personality believes the asking price should be pretty high.
If Amari Cooper is worth a first-round selection, then Patrick Peterson should require a draft equivalent of Powerball to acquire.

A range of emotions
The trade deadline, coming up, has some NFL fans quite on edge and a little fragile as they wait for their teams to make a big move.

Shock and awe
The trade went down so quickly, that it appears Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys players didn't hear the news right away.
#Cowboys WR Allen Hurns just told me “great addition. Dudes a baller” when I asked him about the recent addition of now former Raiders WR Amari Cooper. Hurns only learned of the news when I texted him

The old blackmail approach
Mike Freeman believes there had to be some kind of blackmail in order for this deal to go down.
How in the hell did the Raiders get a first rounder for Amari Cooper? Who has pictures of whom?

Dallas was the winner
Charles Robinson is far from the only person that thinks the Cowboys might have overbid.
When it came to that first round price tag, #Cowboys were bidding against themselves on #Raiders Amari Cooper. Oakland wasn’t getting that elsewhere.
