Miley Cyrus has announced that she has made some major changes to her life. At age 24, Miley has announced that she is "completely clean," and hasn't smoked weed in more than three weeks!

This is a huge announcement for Miley, who, in the past has made news headlines for being very open and honest about not only her drug use, but also her wild and crazy lifestyle for many years.
Has Miley Cyrus finally grown up?
Former lifestyle, that is, because Miley has revealed she has grown up and is away from the part of her life now.
The "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker reveals that the new and improved version of Miley now enjoys surrounding herself with positive influences, 'people that make me want to get better, more evolved" claims Cyrus.
The singer and fiance of Liam Hemsworth also reveals that she has given up smoking pot, her drug of choice and that it has been more than three weeks since she has gotten high.
“I’m not doing drugs, I’m not drinking, I’m completely clean right now! That was just something that I wanted to do.”
Cyrus has also stated that she has outgrown the "Dead Petz" stage that she was going through back in 2015. So what is behind te big lifestyle change that Miley has recently undergone?

Since reuniting with fiance Liam Hemsworth it appears that Cyrus has transformed from a bratty, self-indulgent child -like a pop star into a woman who is willing to learn and grow into an adult, wife and future mother.
Miley's music is even changing, showing fans where she is at in her life, which is totally in love with Liam, which can be heard in her new ballad "Malibu." "Malibu" is the first single which will be released from her new album, which has yet to be named, on May 11th.
When describing the new music, Miley reveals that it is totally different from anything she has ever done before.

Miley is not the only member of her family that appears to be making some big changes in 2017. As previously reported, Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus is also going through changes, namely a big name change.

Billy Ray reveals that the decision to change his name to just Cyrus is not a new one, in fact, it is the name he wanted to go by ever since he began his singing career. The singer told Rolling Stone. “I’m going to the hospital where I was born in Bellefonte, Kentucky, and legally changing my name.”
