Brock Lesnar is a wrestler from the WWE who has also appeared in the UFC. He had an amazing career with UFC, becoming the UFC heavyweight champion during his reign. Recently, he was challenged by Jon Jones when he won his match at UFC 214. After defeating Daniel Cormier, Jon gave an open challenge live to The Beast Incarnate. He challenged Brock Lesnar to a fight in the Octagon. Lesnar responded quickly, calling him a young man and warning him to be careful of what he wishes for.

Brock Lesnar's career in WWE

Brock Lesnar made his debut in WWE in 2000.

Initially, he came to OVW (Ohio Valley Wrestling) where he worked for around 2 years and became OVW southern tag team champion with Shelton Benjamin.

He made his debut on WWE's main roster in 2002. He became the youngest WWE champion in the history of WWE and then went on to win the Royal Rumble match in 2003. After his match against Goldberg at Wrestlemania 20, Brock left the WWE and pursued a legendary career in UFC.

He returned to WWE in 2012, the night after Wrestlemania 27 and attacked John Cena. His rivalry with #John Cena is well known as they both went head-to-head for a number of matches. Brock Lesnar has become WWE champion and Wwe Universal Champion in the WWE since his return.

Brock Lesnar faced Goldberg in this year's Wrestlemania which was said to be a rematch from Wrestlemania 20 where Brock Lesnar defeated Goldberg and became WWE Universal Champion.

Currently, he is the Universal Champion in the Raw division of WWE. He is set to main event the Summerslam this year against Roman Reigns, Braun Stroman and Samoa Joe in a fatal-four-way match for the WWE Universal title.

Achievements in Octagon

After working with NJPW(New Japan Pro Wrestling) for around 1 year, Brock came to UFC in 2005 and started practicing mixed martial arts.

He became UFC heavyweight champion and main-evented grand UFC pay per views. He took his retirement from UFC in 2011.

But in 2016, Brock returned to UFC for one more match against Mark Hunt. He defeated Mark in that match but after few days, the result was declared to be a no contest as Lesnar was tested through doping charges.

Therefore, he took his second retirement from UFC after that.

Now that he has been challenged again, we have to wait and watch whether he will return to UFC and fight a match against Jon Jones or not. Looking at the response by Lesnar to Jon's challenge, it seems we may see his return in UFC once again.
