After keeping a low profile for the past few weeks, Jihoon Lee recently broke his silence over his ongoing marital struggles with Deavan Clegg. The two reality stars have been embroiled in a bitter fight, on social media, over their crumbling relationship. Deavan recently accused Jihoon of abusing Drascilla, her five-year-old daughter. However, Jihoon used his latest Instagram post to defend himself against his wife's allegations.
Jihoon addresses Deavan’s child abuse allegations
In a scathing message, Jihoon slammed Deavan for insinuating that he had abused Drascilla.
The Korean reality star claimed that his wife had made the allegations in an attempt to lend weight to her demands for a divorce. Jihoon told fans that, despite Deavan’s decision to move on from their marriage, the two were still married “on paper.” However, Deavan is currently dating Christopher Park, an actor from Los Angeles. The American reality star announced the relationship on Instagram, but Jihoon went after Deavan’s new boyfriend for pretending to be Taeyang’s father.
Taeyang’s biological father
Jihoon has admitted that Deavan’s decision to date a new man hurt him badly. The 29-year-old reality star explained that Deavan had always viewed him as a “nobody,” but that he had tried to invest in himself with the hope that she would change her attitude towards him.
Despite this, Deavan is now dating Christopher and Jihoon thinks that her new boyfriend is trying to take his place in Taeyang’s life. The Korean reality star has vowed that he would try his best to secure custody of his son, and “90 Day Fiancé” viewers are bracing themselves for a battle between Jihoon and Deavan’s new boyfriend over it.
Unfortunately for fans, Deavan’s ongoing feud with her husband is the reason they were uninvited from participating in the “90 Day Fiancé” Tell All.
TLC is purportedly unwilling to feature Jihoon and Deavan in the season-ending episodes because of the couple’s unresolved child abuse allegations. This year, several “90 Day Fiancé” stars have had their time on the show come to an end prematurely due to scandals in their personal lives.
In April, Geoffrey Paschel and Varya Malina failed to participate in the “90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days” Tell All episodes because of Geoffrey’s pending domestic abuse court case. In the ongoing final episodes of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After”, Paul Staehle and Karine Martins will not feature in the Tell All following their prolonged marital squabbles. Jihoon and Deavan are now the latest couple to be omitted from the season-ending episodes. Unfortunately, viewers will not get a chance to watch the two reality stars confront each other. Nevertheless, fans can follow Deavan and Jihoon on social media to get more information about their looming custody battle.
