"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" still reverberates from the drama surrounding 'Puppy Gate.' The story's been done to death about Dorit Kemsley adopting a dog from Vanderpump Dogs which ended up in a shelter. Now, the story that cost Lisa a friendship with Kyle Richards, has Lisa Rinna not even wanting to talk about it. Meanwhile, Lala Kent came out in defense of Lisa who Radar Online denied leaked them the story.
'The Real Housewives' star is over Puppy Gate, says Lisa Rinna
During last night's "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," Andy Cohen said that the "head of Radar Online said that Vanderpump didn't leak the story." Then he asked Lisa Rinna, "what was your reaction to that?" Straight away you could see that Lisa hated the question.
She replied, saying, "I can tell you, I didn't leak that story."
Shaking her head, she added that she heard rumors people thought she did it. But, she then categorically stated that she "did not leak that story." She then added that "Lisa Vanderpump made it really clear" that she does not want people to talk about 'Puppy Gate.' Lisa Rinna then said that as "Lisa doesn't want to be part of the group, they should just stop talking about it." She mentioned that they don't talk about it because they "respect her." Lisa Rinna then told Andy he would have to "ask her."
The women of 'Real Housewives' don't wanna talk about 'Puppy Gate'
Andy said he did already ask Lisa Vanderpump about the 'Puppy Gate' leaks, adding she denied it.
Growing irritated, Lisa Rinna told him that the story was about Lisa "stabbed in the back" and hurt, so "who's going to leak that other than someone in her camp?" So, Andy will "have to get to the bottom of it" himself.
If the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast don't want to talk about 'Puppy Gate,' that does not mean others won't.
In fact, though the whole storyline of the season revolved around it, fans on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram still talk. Most of them come from the Kyle Richards or team Lisa camps. Plus, Lala Kent is talking.
Lala Kent defends Lisa Vanderpump over 'Puppy Gate' leak
Lala Kent of "Vanderpump Rules" spoke to Heather McDonald on her "Juicy Scoop" podcast.
She denied that Lisa was behind the leak to Radar Online that revealed 'Puppy Gate.' As Reality Blurb confirmed, she said that she was with "Ken and John Sessa the night that this all went down in The Bahamas." Lala added that Lisa called John and apparently was "very upset." She certainly wanted to not let it get out. Plus, “It was something she was trying very hard to protect Dorit with.”
Oddly, now Lisa Rinna stops talking about the 'Puppy Gate scandal,' but she had lots to say about it when they confronted Lisa over it. In fact, Rinna took the stance that Lisa actually wanted the story out. Additionally, she mentioned that all she had to do was give orders to staff not to mention it. Funny how the issue moved away from the fact Dorit inexplicably failed to return the dog to Vanderpump Dogs, to the radar Online leak!
What do you think about Lisa Rinna not wanting to talk about 'Puppy Gate' anymore? Are you surprised that Lala Kent stood up for Lisa Vanderpump?
