Spoiler alerts for "The Young and the Restless" tease that Victor is back in Genoa City with a vengeance. He showed up at his wife's hospital bedside on Christmas Eve, promising never to leave her. He knows he cannot come out in plain sight because Rey has the police trying to apprehend him. In order to protect both himself and Nikki, The Mustache is going to take matters into his own hands literally. He wants to buy time to clear his name and will convince his personal physician to help. Dr. Nate Hastings will assist his benefactor in sneaking Nikki out of the hospital and caring for her at an undisclosed location until all of the mess is sorted out.

Nate and Victor kidnap Nikki

According to Soap Hub, the Newman family will get their Christmas miracle when Nikki opens her eyes. The miracle, however, will be short-lived when everyone realizes that their matriarch is nowhere to be found. Spoilers indicate that Nate will feel obligated to assist Victor even though he knows he should not because he is being paid handsomely by the Newman patriarch and feels as if he owes him.

Spoilers don't provide the location where Mrs. Newman will be held, but sharp "Y&R" viewers will figure it out. Victor has numerous resources, so he can whisk his wife off anywhere, but Dr. Hastings must stay close to the hospital where he works. They could hire private nurses to care for Nikki and Nate drop in from time to time, but either way, it indicates she will probably be somewhere in Genoa City.

Victor will win in the end

Soap Dirt reveals that the Newman family will be frantic because they will not know who kidnapped their matriarch or why. Because Victor has been MIA they will not at first suspect that he is back in Genoa City, or has anything to do with his wife's disappearance. Phyllis, Victoria, and Sharon more than likely will believe Nikki's disappearance has something to do with whoever moved J.T.'s body and fear for their own safety.

Rey has been putting clues together and trying to trap Nikki and Victoria but the new GCPD detective is no match for The Mustache, who always gets his way in the end. The most likely scenario will be that Nikki recovers and the truth regarding J.T. will come to light. Detective Rosales will be put to shame and the Newmans will come out of it all unscathed.
